Urban Wellness is an LGBTQ+-affirming psychotherapy practice in Chicago, IL, with offices in Edison Park, Sauganash and Old Irving Park, another in Forest Park, and telehealth across Illinois. It provides therapy for adults, children, couples and families, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, grief, addiction and first responders, plus medication management.
