Pillars Community Health

Pillars Community Health is a nonprofit health and social services organization in Countryside, IL, serving Chicago's western and southwestern suburbs regardless of ability to pay. It provides medical, dental and behavioral health care, substance use treatment, crisis response, and domestic violence and sexual assault services at sites including Berwyn, La Grange Park and Summit.
