Hilltown Community Health Center

Hilltown Community Health Center is a community health center in Worthington, MA that has served the Hilltowns of western Massachusetts for more than 75 years, with health centers in Worthington, Huntington and Amherst and a school-based center. It offers medical, dental and eye care, behavioral health and psychiatry, physical therapy and community support programs.
