Catherine's Health Center

Catherine's Health Center is a nonprofit federally qualified health center in Grand Rapids, MI, that began as a volunteer-run clinic in the Creston neighborhood in 1996. It provides primary medical, dental and behavioral health care at community health centers, school-based sites and locations serving people experiencing homelessness, regardless of ability to pay.
