Black Canyon Community Health Center

Black Canyon Community Health Center is a nonprofit FQHC look-alike in Black Canyon City, AZ, with a second clinic in Spring Valley, that began in 1999 as a small-town primary care clinic. It provides primary and preventive care for all ages, women's health and family planning, Medicare wellness visits and behavioral health counseling, with a sliding fee discount program.
